1. What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email, we may collect the name, phone number, message content and any documents you voluntarily send (for example, a bill to negotiate). When you make a payment, payment details are processed by our payment provider and never by us — we do not store card numbers.
2. How we use it
We use your information to provide the service you requested: booking travel, negotiating bills, verifying markets, and corresponding with you about quotes and orders. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics to improve our services.
3. What we never do
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not run retargeting ads with your contact details, and we do not share your data with affiliates for marketing without consent.
4. Sharing
We share information only with providers required to fulfill your order (airlines, hotels, venues, energy providers, prepaid-card issuers) or where required by law. These providers use your data to deliver the product or service you authorized.
5. Retention
We keep quotes and order records as long as needed to serve you and to comply with legal and accounting obligations, generally up to 24 months after your last interaction. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on your state (for example, California laws), you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. To exercise any of these rights, message us at hola@halfoff.pro — we respond within 30 days.
7. Children
HalfOff services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and our services are not directed to them.
